The purpose of this thesis is the proposal of the issue of education software for learning algorithms. Work approach to the problem, both from a theoretical point of view, of education and learning to new things, so and more important from a practical point of view for introduction to the process algorithmization. It also discusses the problem of learning algorithms in Czech schools and describes the resulting program, which was created along with this thesis. Contribution of this thesis is the summary of the requirements for the software and implementing software of this type, where is possible to demonstrate the problems and requirements of the draft programs of this kind. This thesis also describes the reactions of teachers to created application.
Analysis and optimization of the education system in terms of ensuring effective corporate education in a particular organization.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and optimization of the corporate education system in a specific organization. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic terms associated with education and development of employees using professional literature, it focuses on the issue of corporate education and its connection with the organization's strategy and, among other things, on the basic processes and methods of system education. Furthermore, using the available internal data and information, it describes the organizational structure and the current state of corporate education aimed at rank-and-file employees and managers of selected parts of the organization. The thesis presents the methodology of qualitative research supplemented with a quantitative method in the form of a questionnaire, which was used in the first phase of the research investigation to obtain a wide and diverse portfolio of data from the largest possible number of participating respondents. This phase has the status of preliminary research, as it forms the basis for the implementation and concretization of research interviews. Contemporary education in international perspective Abstract The thesis addresses the topic of contemporary education in European countries with a focus on tertiary education. The first part is devoted to a general overview of education in Europe, the International Classification of Education ISCED, organizations dealing with education and their activities in the form of programs, collection of internationally comparable data or publications. It includes a description of education policies in European countries and a description of education systems in selected countries. The second part analyses data for 2020 provided by the OECD on tertiary graduates, which are considered in terms of international classifications, age or gender. A cluster analysis of bachelor and master graduates, divided by gender, is carried out in order to identify the presence of regions with similar characteristics and to further analyse them to show different trends depending on the gender of the graduates, level or fields of study. Analysis of the academic performance of pupils with immigrant background in selected European countries

The aim of the thesis is to quantitatively assess the position of pupils of foreign origin in schools. This is analysed through the magnitude of the differences in learning outcomes between immigrant pupils and native pupils in eight different education systems. The main aim is to capture the heterogeneity between the selected countries, which were chosen because of differences in integration strategies, the amount of funding directed to education and the organisation of education systems. For the purpose of the analysis, the international database of the PISA survey was used with 49 687 respondents. The effect of foreign origin is analysed together with other determinants in order to reveal its relevance in explaining students' performance in school. The author is not aware of any differences in the academic performance of immigrant pupils and native-born pupils have been captured in other similar comparative research. Based on the literature, the factors were grouped into three levels - pupil, school and country levels. For this purpose, a multilevel linear model is used, which is able to purge the effect of school level from the role of individual characteristics. The Use of Promotion as a Tool of Marketing Mix in the Selected Organization of Education Systém

The diploma thesis deals with the promotional activities of a selected subject of the educational system. The Secondary Polytechnic School in České Budějovice has been selected for this purpose. The aim of the diploma thesis is to reveal and evaluate the use and importance of promotion as a tool of marketing mix for a selected subject of the educational system. Based on the information obtained to propose a more appropriate use of promotion tools and determine measures leading to further development of the promotion of the selected organization. The first part of this work, literary research, includes mainly the promotional mix problematics. The practical part includes several parts. At the beginning of the practical part, the current promotional mix of the organization is presented. The following are the results of a supplementary questionnaire survey and evaluation of hypotheses using statistical evaluation of data. An important part of the work are recommendations designed to optimize promotion and promotional activities.
Integration Process of the Student with hearing Impairment in the Mainstream

The bachelor thesis deals with the integration process of a student with hearing impairment into mainstream education. It is an example of good practice, where augmentative and alternative communication, re-education of reading, speech therapy rehabilitation and hearing compensation using the behind-the-year hearing aids can help develop communication skills and competences of a student with bilateral severe perceptual hearing loss. The aim of the thesis is to elaborate an adequate professional basis of the issue of integrated education of people with hearing impairment and to describe and analyse the educational history and presence of a student with hearing impairment in the case study design. The thesis is structured into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the basic areas closely related to the topic of hearing impairment. The first chapter defines terminology, classification, aetiology and impacts of hearing impairment. The second chapter describes the child's personality and communication skills. The last chapter deals with the system of education of hearing impairment pupils. The empirical part focuses on the forms and methods of work, pedagogical and educational procedures used to develop communication skills of a boy. It also shows how they influence his integration into mainstream education, social inclusion and relations. In order to meet the mentioned purposes of the thesis, qualitative research in the case study design has been used. Due to the complexity and integrity of the case, the history data, interviews with the mother, student and an employee of the non-profit organization KreBul have been processed in detail. The research points to a number of interesting pieces of information. It suggests that the initiative from the mother, boy and teachers as well as the teamwork of all stakeholders, friendly, pleasant and sensitive classroom atmosphere, the ordered verbal method in the observed case, the recommended special pedagogical practices and the choice of methodical procedures by the teachers, consistency in adherence to clearly defined rules and the student's chances to learn in a team of intact pupils who have been a great motivation in his development, are very important in progress of communication skills. Following formal and content modifications, the text of the final thesis can be used by the parents. The found facts can be used as a source of data by schools and the educational community. The study can serve as a feedback for the institutions involved in the integration process of pupils with hearing impairment.

Furthermore the thesis will analyze different forms and methods of learning that are used for employee education. The thesis aims to describe employee education in a company. Based on the analysis of the current educational system in the company, changes that could help the company improve its education system will be proposed.
Education system in a selected company

The major aim of the diploma thesis is to specify a state of employees' education system in a selected organization and propose new processes and potential changes in human resource management. The thesis contains specification of the company´s education, its areas and goals, term of human resources, systematic training of employees and its sub-parts. The questionnaire survey method, statistical methods and analysis of company´s processes were used to meet the target. Necessary information was obtained from company´s employees, reports and representatives of the human resource department. The questionnaire survey was distributed at the beginning of 2020. 500 questionnaires were distributed across the organization. 424 questionnaires were completed and returned. The rate of return was around 84.8 %. The questionnaire contained 19 questions. The results of questionnaire survey are shown in the form of graphs. The goal of questionnaire survey was to know opinion company´s employees. The questionnaire survey was also used for statistical analysis. The dependence of selected data was tested in statistical analysis. Evaluation of the obtained data led to suggestion of potential changes. The proposed changes concerned of the current education offer, languages courses, a soft skills development and employees' motivation to education. A significant savings could be achieved by extending the list of internal trainings to include Microsoft Excel spreadsheet courses, which now are trained by external lectors.

Comparative Analysis of Chemistry Education ( Czech Republic - Scotland)

Education systems of foreign countries are often what inspire us to make these changes. The aim of this thesis is to describe the education system in Scotland and the way chemistry is being taught at secondary schools in this country. Further it tries to compare these to the education system and chemistry teaching in the Czech Republic and consider whether we can adopt any aspects of Scottish education. Apart from analysis of study plans and educational documents, research for this thesis included visits to chemistry lessons at three secondary schools in Scotland and interviews with teachers at these schools. In the text, cultural and historical context of Scotland related to the education system is mentioned briefly. Then the Scottish education system is explained and Chemistry teaching at secondary schools is described from the point of study plans and requirements.
